Fabric Sourcing
Our fabric team provides support and input to the garment merchandising function. Additionally, it develops proprietary designs and provides direct fabric sales services. We source cellulose fabrics from across China and synthetics from both China and Korea. We are also able to import in European fabrics for garment production in our factories.

Design
We work very closely with our customers' design departments, providing feedback in terms of fabric developments and finishes, as well as making regular store checks and providing trend inputs. Our Shenzhen sample room produces our own in-house "inspiration" styles and offers CAD and graphics services.

Finishing and Technology
Our manufacturing bases act like hubs, connecting into China’s vast resource of garment embellishments, wet processing, and printing. We have wide experience of garment dye as well as print (from rotary through to digital and hand screen).

Merchandising
Merchandising is split into four separate teams handling the entirety of any one customers’ product processes. The key function base is in Hong Kong but the Shenzhen office provides significant additional merchandising support. The merchandisers are engaged in monitoring their orders extremely closely and being proactive in foreseeing issues that could impact price, delivery or product performance.

QC & QA
We take a very practical approach to quality. Each order will be given both an in-line and final inspection. We also work to any specific requirements our customers may have. Our four person QC team has been with us a long time and clearly understands the quality demanded from the branded market. Additionally our merchandisers, whether from Hong Kong or Shenzhen, are constantly inside the factories monitoring their customer’s orders.

Garment Production
Garment production is based in four separate factories, with a combined workforce of approximately 1,500 people. Each unit is a product specialist and this allows us to offer wide garment options. Approximately 50% of our production volumes are in ladies blouses and dresses, 40% in Men’s shirts and 10% in outerwear.

Shipping and logistics
We have an extremely efficient HK based shipping department providing timely documentation and shipping services. Certain customers engage us for CRM on-line services providing instant tracking of their goods. China Red shipments are essentially departing Hong Kong every non-holiday day of the year.
